- Consent: for non-essential cookies and marketing.
- Contract: for delivering Tracker Workspace services.

- Infrastructure providers: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting).
- AI providers: OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Perplexity (for analysis).

AI Processing
Our service integrates with several AI models to analyze data:
- Queries you submit are sent to ChatGPT (OpenAI), Gemini (Google), Claude (Anthropic), and Perplexity to analyze responses.
- We do NOT use your personal data to train any AI model.
- Analysis results are stored in our database so you can access them later.
- Data sent to AI models is processed under each provider’s privacy policy.

9. Data Retention
- Account data: for as long as you hold an account with us, and 90 days after deletion.
- Analysis data: 12 months from the date of analysis.
- Tracker data: for as long as the Workspace remains active.
- Cookies: per the lifetime of each cookie type (session or up to 1 year).
- Usage logs: 30 days.
10. Security Measures
- SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit.
- Database encryption with AES-256 via Supabase.
- Authentication with Row Level Security (RLS).
- Access control following the Least Privilege principle.
11. International Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred to servers outside Thailand (e.g. Supabase hosted on AWS ap-southeast-2). We ensure recipients apply data protection measures sufficient under the PDPA.
Children’s Privacy
Our service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data to us, please contact us and we will delete it.
